ONCE THE PIECE IS COMPLETE WE WILL CONTACT YOU WITH THE FINAL WEIGHT
ALL WEIGHTS AND THEREFORE PRICES ARE ESTIMATES. CUBAN LINKS CAN COME IN UP TO 10 GRAMS HEAVIER OR LIGHTER. IF THE PIECE IS HEAVIER YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE DIFFERENCE AT THE PRICE PER GRAM THAT YOU PREVIOUSLY PAID. IF LIGHTER WE WILL REFUND YOU THE DIFFERENCE.
SHIPPING
CUBAN LINKS SHIP WITHIN 2-5 DAYS OF ITEM BEING COMPLETED. IF NO DIFFERENCE PAYMENT IS DUE ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 2 DAYS OF COMPLETION. AGAIN, 10/14KT CUBAN LINKS TAKE 2-3 WEEKS TO BE MADE AND 18KT CUBAN LINKS TAKE 3-4 WEEKS.
ALL OTHERS ITEMS TAKE A MINIMUM OF 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS TO SHIP ONCE ORDER IS PLACED.
UPGRADE PROGRAM
ALL CUBAN LINKS ABOVE 4MM PURCHASED WITH US ARE ELIGIBLE FOR OUR UPGRADE POLICY. WITHIN 1 YEAR OF YOUR PURCHASE, IF YOU DECIDE TO UPGRADE YOUR CUBAN LINK BY 50 GRAMS OR MORE, WE WILL GIVE YOU THE FULL VALUE THAT YOU PAID FOR YOUR CUBAN LINK. YOU WILL ONLY PAY THE DIFFERENCE IN PRICE BETWEEN YOUR OLD CUBAN LINK AND NEW CUBAN LINK. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO GO UP IN KARAT YOU ONLY HAVE TO UPGRADE BY 25 GRAMS OR MORE TO BE GIVEN THE FULL VALUE THAT YOU PREVIOUSLY PAID.
ALL OTHER STYLE NECKLACES AND BRACELETS CAN BE UPGRADED BY 25 GRAMS OR MORE WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF PURCHASE TO RECEIVE THE FULL VALUE PREVIOUSLY PAID.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY OF YOUR ITEM YOU WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO RETURN/EXCHANGE YOUR PURCHASE FOR THE PURCHASE PRICE MINUS A $25 RESTOCKING FEE (EXCLUDING ANY SHIPPING COSTS). ONCE 3 DAYS HAS PASSED WE ARE NOT ABLE TO OFFER A REFUND OR EXCHANGE
ANY CUBAN LINK THAT IS CUSTOMIZED IN ANY WAY WILL REQUIRE A 5% RETURN FEE. THAT 5% WILL BE APPLIED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE BEFORE TAX.
BOTH THE $25 FEE AS WELL AS THE 5% FEE WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE REFUND AMOUNT.
FOR EXAMPLE** A NON CUSTOMIZED CUBAN LINK THAT COSTED $1000.00 WILL BE REFUNDED IN THE AMOUNT OF $925.00. IF THE SAME CUBAN LINK WAS CUSTOMIZED YOU WILL BE REFUNDED $950.00.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT.

IF YOU ARE APPROVED, THEN YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED, AND A CREDIT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE APPLIED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD OR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT, WITHIN A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF DAYS.
